Values Based Marketing - Transformational Practices - Allison Watts DDS

The next and last step in the series is now that we’ve aligned all our internal marketing and systems with our values and philosophy, we need to align our external marketing with them as well. 

 

Marketing should be intentional and congruent.  Whether it’s social media, a website, blogs, advertising, printed materials, campaigns, contests, or community service, it all needs to align with your message and what you stand for…. what we believe in.

The internal marketing and congruent systems will give the existing patients consistent, values-based experiences in your office that they are compelled to go out and talk about.   External marketing will bring the right patients in so that they have an amazing experience of the office as well – these are patients that are a good fit for your office, who want and appreciate what you provide. 

If you are authentic and clear, you attract those who value you, are willing to pay for your care, and refer others because they love the experience they have in your office (that you intentionally created).

This is the end of this series, but the key to all of this is to continually clarify and align your message and then be consistent with your internal and external message.
