Joining me this week is the co-founder of TrimTab Solution, Hermann Eben. Hermann has had 40+ years of experience in planning and development, project management, information systems, acquisitions and mergers, business transformation, and executive management. He helps leaders achieve clarity, focus and results, and is dedicated to leadership coaching and creating high-performance leaders.

Over the course of his career, Hermann served in a variety of executive management roles from vice president to corporate development and planning, as well as the valuation and acquisition of oil and gas properties. He was part of an executive group that took a 25-million-dollar enterprise and grew it into a multi-billion dollar entity that is publically traded on the New York Stock Exchange.

Hermann joins me today to discuss his lifelong pursuit of leadership and coaching to impart his wisdom and develop great leaders. He also shares some of his teachings from his leadership course and brings a clear, concise look at how to become a great leader to your team, practice, and patients.
