Once we get clear on our values and philosophywhat we stand for and believe in in our life and practice, then it’s time to make it known and start living it out!

Once we are very clear about what is most important to us and how we want our practice to be, it’s time to share it with our team clearly and passionately.  It may be helpful to help them understand WHY we believe what we believe.  Our team will be inspired by and supportive of what we share if it’s from our heart.

A great way to really get the team involved and empowered in the process is to ask questions.  Here are some possible questions to ask:

  • If we are living these values, what would this mean for our practice?
  • How would we treat each other?
  • How would we treat our patients?
  • How can we embody these values?
  • What can we do on a daily basis to live out our philosophy?
  • How will we know we are successful?
  • How can we clearly communicate this so that it is clear who we are and what we are about?
  • What’s my role in creating this culture?

These are just some ideas to get things moving.  I hope it is helpful and would love to hear your comments!

Have a great week!
