Team Trust Time Three Elements Of Action

Now that you’ve:

Clarified your vision, mission, values and goals (and more),

Relayed these to your team,

Engineered a plan and know the

Actions to be taken

Today, we are going to focus on the 3 T’s, which are an expansion and aspect of action:

check-mark-purple-hiTeam: Work as a team, create an empowered team where there’s agreement about the actions—make sure everyone knows the plan, their roles, and the outcome as well as the followup.

check-mark-purple-hiTrust in yourself, your team, the plan and the process, while still having accountability.  Balancing these are an art.  You’ve got a good plan, trust the plan.  Don’t change it, don’t second guess it.   Just act in accordance with the plan and the agreed upon actions (for a period of Time to be determined—see below).

check-mark-purple-hiChoose a period of time (days, weeks, months, a year, etc., 3 months is a good timeframe for most things) to follow the plan before you decide if it’s working or if it needs some tweaking.  Give it time to prove effective… or not.

The next article will focus on evaluating your progress and that’s the end of this series.  I’d love to hear your feedback, suggestions, what’s working, etc.

Have a wonderful week.
