This week, I am excited to welcome Mary Osborne back to the show. Mary has worked in the dental field for over 50 years. She has performed just about every position within a practice including clinical hygienist and patient facilitator and has been a consultant since 1988. Mary brings enthusiasm, intelligence, humor, and a profound belief in the potential for growth to all of her clients.<\/p>\n

Mary is known internationally as a consultant, writer and producer of newsletters and audio-video programs for her company, Mary H Osborne Resources. Her writings have been published nationally. She has spoken extensively to state and national organizations, including the American Dental Organization and the American Academy of Dental Practice Administration. Mary has also been on the visiting faculty and has served as a foundation advisor to the Pankey Institute.<\/p>\n

Mary rejoins me today to talk about change. Change is inevitable in life, and dental practices are no exception. She explains how you can best manage healthy change in your practice for both your team and your practice.
