Over the past 25 years, Chuck has launched\u00a07 businesses, 5 of which became incredibly successful. Drawing upon\u00a0his success in business and experiences in leadership, Chuck teaches business owners how to create their own success. His company, The Crankset Group, provides outcome-based mentoring and peer advisory for business owners worldwide. Chuck sold one of his businesses to one of the largest consumer fulfillment companies in America, and led three other $10-100 million companies through re-positioning in the marketing, support and services industry.<\/p>\n

Currently, Chuck leads the Crankset group and a multimillion dollar for-profit business based in Africa\u00a0that focuses\u00a0on solving poverty through development of local economics. Chuck helps his clients by being a results leader (versus a\u00a0thought leader). He has decades of\u00a0experience in sales, marketing and operations, \u00a0leading companies in marketing, import\/export, fulfillment, call centers, website development, printing and direct email processing. As a part of his work to develop the local economies in Africa, he is also exports their\u00a0agricultural products and minerals to the rest of the world. \u00a0Some of his customers have included Microsoft, Apple, Eli Lilly, Tap Pharmaceuticals, John Manville and many more.<\/p>\n

Chuck is a regular convention speaker, magazine contributor and a non-profit board member. His book, Making Money is Killing Your Business<\/em>, was named #1 business book by the National Federation of Independent Businesses in 2010.
