This week on Practicing with the Masters<\/em>, we\u00a0welcome Joan Unterschuetz. Joan has been in psychology, education and organizational development for 30 years. She has facilitated successful development of dental teams since the early 1980’s, when she first envisioned Continuums Consulting. Her mission has been to bring sustainable positive change and development programs to dental team management.<\/p>\n

Joan brings an effective and proven approach to solving challenging issues and inspires dental teams to bring the best of themselves to their work and bring wholehearted care to her\u00a0patients. Joan serves as visiting faculty at the Pankey Institute for Advanced Dental Education and hosts a leadership and legacy workshop every summer.<\/p>\n
