CELEBRATE !<\/strong>\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\t<strong>What didn&rsquo;t work? TWEAK !<\/strong>\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\t<strong>This step is about reflecting and re-centering&hellip; and then going back to clarify the next level and do it all over again<\/strong> (this time it will be on a much smaller scale) if there are changes to be made. As long as things are working, there&rsquo;s not much to do, but <em>always check in and make sure you&rsquo;re making progress that&rsquo;s aligned with your values, vision, mission and your current goals.<\/em>&nbsp; This is about continuous improvement and it&rsquo;s also important to remember to try to <strong>be process-oriented rather than outcome-oriented<\/strong>&hellip; Enjoy the journey!!!
